Before renewing
Choose the subscription length you want and use the same email address associated with your existing account whenever possible. If your main device has changed, select the new device type in the compact signup form.
Expired login
If the player suddenly rejects previously working credentials at the end of the subscription period, renewal may be the correct fix. If the account is still active, use Login troubleshooting instead.
Renew through the same compact order flow
Use the Signup form with the same order email where possible. The form asks only for name, email, subscription length, country and device type, then redirects to the payment page.
Renew the existing Kemo IPTV account, not a look-alike listing
Use the current Kemo IPTV website and the same customer email when possible so support can match the renewal to the existing subscription. When renewing Kemo IPTV, renewing does not require rebuilding a working player unless your credentials or server details actually change.
